Approximately 200 Leadership Nashville alumni work each year on the Program Committee. Headed by a Leadership Team, the program committee meets for 10 weeks during the summer to plan the agendas for the upcoming year. The Program Committee selects the issues to be considered on each day, invites speakers, and secures and coordinates the locations and underwriters.
Co-chairs of the Program Committee and Logistics co-chairs comprise the Leadership Team. They and the co-chairs of each program day are traditionally members of the previous Class, working with alumni from all 38 years on the individual day committees.
